Welcome to GAMU. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from GAMU.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use our services.

Custom Products

GAMU specializes in personalized custom-made collectible figures.

Each figure is individually created based on the information, photographs, and customization options submitted by the customer.

Because every product is uniquely made to order:

All orders are final once production has begun.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate.
Uploaded photographs must belong to you or you must have permission to use them.

Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of the photographs they upload.

By placing an order, you grant GAMU a non-exclusive license to use the submitted photographs and related materials solely for the purpose of designing, manufacturing, packaging, and delivering your custom order.

Unless separately agreed in writing, GAMU will not use your photographs or likeness for advertising or promotional purposes without your permission.

All website content, branding, logos, artwork, graphics, product designs, and other intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Gamu Limited (HK) and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable checkout currency.

Payment is required before production begins.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

Production & Delivery

Production times are estimates only and may vary depending on order volume and manufacturing requirements.

Delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and are outside our control.

GAMU is not responsible for delays resulting from:

Customs inspections
Import procedures
Carrier delays
Weather events
Force majeure events
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities.

Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

As all GAMU products are custom-made, returns and refunds are generally not available except where required by law or where an order is damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringing content.
Submit photographs without the necessary rights or permission.
Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our website.
Use our services for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these Terms.

Product Representation

Every effort is made to accurately represent the final product.

Because each GAMU figure is individually designed, digitally generated, hand-finished, and manufactured, minor differences in color, finish, proportions, texture, or artistic interpretation may occur and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gamu Limited (HK) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The version published on this website at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
