At GAMU, every figure is custom-made exclusively for you. Each order is individually designed, manufactured, hand-finished, and packaged based on the photos, selections, and information you provide during the ordering process.
For this reason, all sales are final.
Custom Products
As every GAMU figure is a personalized product made specifically for one individual, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
We are unable to resell or repurpose custom-made figures, which is why we cannot offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing or customization choices submitted by the customer
- Customer preference after receiving the finished product
- Delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services
Please carefully review all information and uploaded photos before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great pride in the quality of every GAMU figure. If your order arrives damaged during shipping, or if you receive the wrong item due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos clearly showing the issue
Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement of the affected item at no additional cost.
Manufacturing Variations
Each GAMU figure is individually produced and hand-finished. Minor variations in paint application, color, surface texture, or small manufacturing imperfections are a natural part of the production process and should not be considered defects.
Delivery Issues
If your package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided during checkout, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
