Thank you for choosing GAMU.

Every GAMU figure is custom-made to order. Because each figure is individually designed, manufactured, hand-finished, and packaged, production and shipping differ from standard retail products.


Order Processing

Production begins after your order has been confirmed and payment has been received.

As each figure is made specifically for one customer, production times may vary depending on order volume and manufacturing requirements.

Estimated production times displayed on our website are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping

Once your order has been completed, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping carrier.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other government charges imposed by your local authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver every order as quickly as possible, GAMU is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs inspections or clearance procedures
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Other unforeseen events

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, GAMU cannot guarantee a refund.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your shipment has been lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at support@gamu.world.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or another suitable resolution.
